Ik heb al een boekhouder. Hoe werkt overstappen?I already have a bookkeeper. How does switching work?

Wij regelen de volledige overdracht: één brief naar je huidige boekhouder, wij ontvangen de administratie en zetten alles klaar. De natuurlijke overstapdatum is 1 januari of een kwartaalstart, maar het kan het hele jaar door.We arrange the full handover: one letter to your current bookkeeper, we receive the administration and set everything up. The natural switch date is 1 January or a quarter start, but it works year-round.

Ik werk nog niet op Exact Online. Is dat een probleem?I'm not on Exact Online yet. Is that a problem?

Nee — migratie naar Exact Online is een vast onderdeel van onze dienstverlening (€450 eenmalig, inclusief inrichting en beginbalans). Draai je op Moneybird en past dat nog prima bij je omvang? Dan kan dat ook gewoon blijven.No — migrating to Exact Online is a standard part of our service (€450 one-off, including setup and opening balances). Running on Moneybird and it still fits your size? That's fine too.

Wat kost het om te starten?What does it cost to get started?

De kennismaking is gratis. Daarna betaal je alleen het vaste maandbedrag van je pakket; alleen een migratie naar Exact of het wegwerken van een achterstand kost eenmalig extra — dat hoor je vooraf, nooit achteraf.The intro call is free. After that you only pay your fixed monthly fee; only an Exact migration or catch-up bookkeeping costs a one-off extra — quoted upfront, never afterwards.

Doen jullie ook salarisadministratie?Do you also do payroll?

Ja, als add-on bij elk pakket: €12–15 per loonstrook per maand, inclusief loonaangifte.Yes, as an add-on to any package: €12–15 per payslip per month, including payroll tax filing.

In welke taal werken jullie?Which language do you work in?

Onze werktaal is Engels — handig als je internationaal onderneemt. Alle aangiften, jaarstukken en communicatie met de Belastingdienst verzorgen we uiteraard volledig in het Nederlands.Our working language is English — convenient if you do business internationally. All filings, annual accounts and Belastingdienst correspondence are of course handled fully in Dutch.
